Bhujasna (Cobra pose)

Bhujasana word is derived from the Sanskrit word bhujasna means snake and asana mean posture. This asana is a back-bending pose and a part of Surya namaskar.

Sarvangasanalt (Shoulder stand)



This yoga pose is also known as a shoulder stand. It is considered as most effective asana for glowing skin. It promotes blood circulation toward the face which helps to improve skin texture. This asana helps to detoxify the body and also reduces cortisol levels, prevents pimples and acne and gives you a healthy glow.

  • Lie down on your back.
  • Raise your legs slowly to 90 degrees


Trikonasana (Triangle yoga pose)

  • Stand straight.
  • Slide your left arm towards your knees.

Matsyasana (Fish Pose):

  • Lie down on your back.
  • Lift your upper body upwards.
  • Rest your weight on your hips and hands.
