Almost everyone is adapted to some bad habits, which we wish we could change to improve our health. Skin, the body’s largest organ, is exposed to various factors and is affected by many elements.
Here are few such habits that we have put together from (long!) everyday things, we might be doing wrong that could damage our skin’s overall health:
- Drinking alcohol- it can dehydrate the skin

- Consuming too much sugar- affects the collagen and elastin
- Over-Washing, Constant Dieting and Over-Exfoliating too a cause of skin damage
