Skin hydration is essential for healthy skin. Nothing can make your skin look more attractive than hydration. Dehydration makes your skin dry, flaky, dull and more prone to wrinkles and fine lines.

Here are a few habits that you can include in your daily routine to keep skin hydrated and glowing:

  • Use gentle skincare products with balanced pH and free from sulphates and parabens.
  • Hydrate your skin every day. Use moisturizer and serum with Hyaluronic acid, natural ingredients, natural oils, antioxidants regularly.
  • Protect your skin from harmful sun rays. Wear a sunscreen gel with SPF 50 or more, regularly before going out in the sun.
